Fitness coaching will provide guidance, support, and personalized instruction to individuals with the goal of helping them achieve and maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. Fitness coaches (also known as personal trainers or fitness instructors) work with clients to develop exercise routines, set fitness goals, and create sustainable lifestyle changes.
